As an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, I support you professionally and competently in dealing with stressful feelings. I put great emphasis on careful diagnostics and on an individually tailored combination of treatment methods.

I use Carl Rogers’ Actualising Tendency and Person-Centered Therapy as a basic therapy method. Through it, a trusting relationship is established between therapist and client, making growth and development possible.

Furthermore I use methods from cognitive behavioural therapy, which is scientifically proven to have the greatest effects on psychological changes of all kinds. 

I have also received extensive training in the methods of Positive Psychology according to Martin Seligman, which can be combined very well with the methods of behaviour therapy.

My therapeutic focus is on the treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g. panic attacks, agoraphobia, social phobia, etc.), of mild depression and burnout syndromes.

In my work I take a holistic and method-integrative approach. Your individual concerns are my highest priority.
